SNAP HQ gets a Boiler Blanket

You've seen Dennis DeBaie in SNAP before when he launched Custom Boiler Insulations and his unique Boiler Blanket system. We were so impressed with his idea we had Dennis install one at SNAP HQ. The custom installation basically involves wrapping up your boiler in porcelain insulation surrounded by special silicone cloth. Dennis took the outer boiler temperature prior to installing the blanket and found it to be just over 150 degrees Fahrenheit. Obviously, a lot of heat was being wasted. After installation, the exterior temperature was 70 degrees! What this means is the boiler maintains its temperature with fewer start-ups, and that translates to significant savings on your oil consumption. The blanket removes easily for service calls and cleanings. The Boiler Blanket will pay for itself in short order and you'll soon be on the road to long-term savings. Dennis also offers water pipe insulation to further reduce heat loss. Contact Dennis at 891-0102 to arrange a free quote on your system.
